this doctor is a rip-off! he will sell you custom orthotics, ask you to pay full retail, and file a claim with your insurance company yourself. your insurance company won't reimburse you the difference between their contracted rates and full retail. this doctor is an in-network provider so the onus is on him to file on your behalf. so ultimately i paid $375 and never got a refund from him. then i found out from my insurance provider that he indeed did file a claim for providing the orthotics but not on my behalf, but for himself. so he basically double-charged! BCBS, my insurance provider, contacted them on multiple occasions on my behalf to basically tell them they had breached their contracted terms and should refund me the difference between the contracted rate and $375 but they refused. BCBS took it a step further and filed a grievance on my behalf. i never got my money back. google this doctor and you'll see his reviews relay the same message. don't get duped like i did!

I saw Dr. Cassidy for a painful neuroma in my foot. This Dr. was so informative and kind. He answered all my questions and truly listened to me. I didn't think he would give me such great advice on what type of running shoe I should be wearing!
