Terrible place. Supposed to be a State Farm preferred vendor. Completely ripped me and State Farm off using damaged parts and not even completing the repairs. Drove away from the shop with terrible vibration, another shop then verified that repairs had not even been done. After bringing the car back to Larry, the owner, on State Farms request, he kept the car for a day and did nothing, verified by a picture of the before and after. Had to get the repairs done under a new claim with ANOTHER deductible payment because Larry surely wouldn’t have used a cracked part or not done the repairs, despite the pictures. This is a complete insurance fraud racket, no one should use this place or trust State Farm adjusters for that matter, they are idiots.
