I've always enjoyed shopping at Louis Shanks. We own many pieces from their outstanding showroom. The quality of the furniture is in line with the prices. They are definitely pieces I can hand down... My sales person and the business office person were both very nice and helpful. I recommend Louis Shanks to my friends and family.

We furnished a couple of rooms in our house with firniture from Louis Shanks. I protected my new table with glass and within few weeks of buying our VERY expensive table we noticed that the wood had warped and swollen. When we spoke with the Store Manager, he was sssssooooooo RUDE!! He tells us that due to the glass on the table and condensation it can cause this problem and he said that my family intentionally damaged the table!! intentionally??!! I have never met a supposedly Store manger who didn't care about his clientele and the repuation of the store. I will never step foot in that store or recommend them to anyone!!
