Me and my wife moved here site unseen from California and were actually pleasantly surprised when we got there, the property seemed well kept and the apartment was up-to-date. Unfortunately after a few months we realized that it was only a show, most of the work done to the apartment was with the lowest quality materials and things began falling apart almost immediately. I also called the management several times to complain about extremely low water flow, but nothing was done to ever fix it. When I decided to leave the apartment the management company had changed 3 times (and I was only there a year) the last company gave me my "Final" invoice before I could move out. 4 months after I moved out they decided to submit me to collections over an extra $50 they decided to add after the final invoice. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy with the low level of service provided and also the un-professionalism. I suggest staying away from this property and finding someplace more trustworthy.
