If you want the WORST customer service ever... this is who to buy from. I heard about how wonderful Mary Louise Butters Brownies were from a local radio station in Austin and decided to send a Christmas gift to a friend through Butters Brownies. Boy... what a mistake. After three e-mails and four phone calls, I still had no one with the company respond to me or return any phone call or e-mail. Sure, my order got delivered, but about a week and a half late and incorrect. I was so embarrassed. I have never been so angry with a vendor in my life! As soon as they get your $, they could care less. Don't waste your time. Buyer beware. What a crock!
