According to my own particular experience there is a racial bias pertaining to this mcdonalds branch. Some of the workers there will refuse to service certain customers due to their outer appearance or skin color. Some of the managers there will not take any customer complaints from you if you have darker skin. they want to blame you and say its your fault for the poor service. One of them even threatened to have police called on me for simply trying to address a customer service related issue. People operating on ignorance like that should not be in the business of customer service.
