I've had two sessions at this wonderful establishment, and can already feel a difference in my stress levels. The women who own and do the guided meditations are kind, gentle and clearly aim see a positive outcome for their patrons. I would recommend Meditation Bar to anyone looking to get centered, quiet, and re-connected with Self. The world is quite busy and over stimulating at times and I found this to be an excellent resource to get back to a more calming perspective. Thank you, Meditation Bar! I will be back!:)
