I have lived here for almost 15 yrs. And I LOVE IT!! Very quick on the few maintenance requests we have. Very friendly and helpful...Would recommend NPM to everyone......

Great service always prompt email notifications and friendly staff!! They are very helpful and knowledgable on their services provided. I would recommend them to anybody!!

Lived here 2yrs. First year was great,then property management moved off property and suddenly water bill sky rockets to double what it was the first yr.with no canges on the inside of home to make such a big difference.otherwise its not a bad place for the price..fast response on maintenance requests...

I've lived in my duplex for almost 7 yrs. My place is comfortable and I feel at home here. The location is great and the staff at NRPM are wonderful people.

I've had nothing but great experiences with NRPM. Anytime there is an issue with my apartment they are super quick to respond, sometimes they even send someone out for repairs the next day.They replaced some old appliances with new ones and I didn't even have to ask. Patrick has definately gone above and beyond for us. I hope to stay in my current residence for the next couple of years until I purchase a home so the rental company is very important to me. So far so good!
