I bought a five year battery at another dealership before I moved here. Nyle Maxwell will only recognize three years of that warranty even though the battery and the sales slip says it is warrantied for five years. Way to go Dodge! They also wanted about $300 more for the batteries than other local businesses.

We tried them 3 times and their service was very poor. We do not recommend that anybody use them. These need to take lessons from Mann Jeep in Richmond, KY.
