Doesn't answer email or appointment requests from form provided (30% of their web page). Gave up after 3 days of writing.

I was finally contacted by the office apologizing that the receptionist failed to handle web appointment scheduling and email. I scheduled an appointment and was treated well and received excellent service. Thanks again, Dr. Payne for reaching out and turning a negative into a positive.

Both Dr. Tybor and Dr. Walsh not only are excellent at their crafts, but provided an excellent bedside manner as well.
