Sloppy job installing the braces. The upper teeth were hitting the lower braces and the enamel on couple of the teeth got chipped creating an opening for future caries. When complaining about it they played it down like no big deal.
And make sure you get your cost estimate in writing and broken down by services - cost for upper appliance, lower appliance, monthly visits/treatment etc. because otherwise they will change their cost allocation arbitrarily if you have to move and discontinue their services. They will charge you for more than what they actually did. I got over charged $236 on a $2000 total bill. Not sure if it was bad math or just playing fast and loose with my money, but watch your wallet while doing business with them. I sent them detailed breakdown of where their overgcharge occurred but they ignored it and proceeded charging my card on file without my agreement.

I had a great experience with Dr. Henry today . I was surprised on how short it took to remove my permanent retainer and on top of that how well he removed it. I definitely recommend to go and see him for your orthodonic needs.
