Do not take your BMW here - had my cars here previously however the past 2 times (shame on me for the 2nd one) turned into an argumentative situation with Paul himself. Had leaks, which were repaired but upon picking up the vehicle, I noticed the entire sound system or control unit was not working. They attempted a repair and then inferred that it was not working when I brought it in. Incredible! i know and they know all systems were working especially since they had to do a reboot of the system the day before when I picked it up the 1st time.Very frustrating after I had just spent $2,481 on the repairs. Oh and yes after the 1st $2,100 I returned the BMW 650i due to the fact oil was pouring out the bottom. They then informed me the oil pan "was cracked" and the cost for that was an additional $300 which i agreed to pay unfortunately. Tried to pick the car up and I then noticed the sound system and a new error message "SOS Call Malfunction" and no sound or back up sensors. After Paul once again examined the car (after I paid, but knew better than to leave the premise again before checking the vehicle) it was suddenly determined I needed to pay $1,100 to repair the control system. I found myself on the defensive and they accepted ZERO blame for causing the damage to my 650i.Very frustrating and not the customer service anyone deserves. This is the only review I have ever written but please consider before taking your car to Paul's Motor Werks for repairs. I have found other BMW auto repair facilities without the confrontation attitude and accusatory tone. Thank you.Matt
