Absolutely the worst experience today. I was exactly 2 minutes late (due to a genuine road incident) but they wouldn't let me enter the exam (I even proved showing time on the phone that it was TRULY just 2 minutes late..). Sure it was my fault, I completely agree but the behavior they showed to someone who just lost $700 for being 2 minutes late is simply unacceptable/unprofessional. The least that this test center can do is at least hire someone professional to handle the test admissions. I will never ever choose this center for my future exams and make every conscious effort to spread my experience with the world so they can prefer other centers too when possible.

Drove Austin from colllege station for two hours to take FE exam. Arrived 15 min early but found the location closed for today. Saw a notice on the door to contact the program coordinator without giving phone number and email. Called Pearson vue customer service to find out the location has not notified anything to them. Wad told to wait for 3 more business days to confirm what happened. Only then got an email saying station closed for today. .. That means, I lost today's salary, gas, loding and fooding cost plus their fee in vain? More, i need to wait at least a month to rake exam. Another day pay gone. Horrible customer service to not notify beforehand. Worst management team.
