Provided by YP.comI visited the location on 2222 Rio Grande St. Austin, Texas. The service was very poor. I went in on June 1, 2011 at around 12:50am for a take out order and had 2 drinks while waiting. The table (long bar) in front of me remained dirty during my stay. There were glasses, a fork and spilt liquid in front of me and no effort was made to clean up the mess. Before leaving, I asked for the manager and indicated to him that my experince at the Dallas location was much better than at this location. I ordered for 10 piece wings and fries but when I got to my hotel room I had 9 pieces instead. Overrall, I am very disappointed.
