Provided by YP.comLa peor experiencia de mi vida yo me deje guiar por los comerciales en la tv pasan los mejores carros y lo más nuevo yo fui al diller a ver qué me ofrecían y me ofrecieron lo peor que tenían compre una camioneta ACADIA en pésimas condiciones la primer semana todo fue bien después de eso se empezó a descomponer de todo lo peor que ya no me hicieron caso me hacían dar muchas vueltas al final la camioneta se quedo parada en un estacionamiento y jamás la volví a ver ni quería verla. Pésimo servicio y pésima calidad

I walked in convinced that I would once again fail at luck with a vehicle. But after a short time, I had exactly what I wanted. Manager Mike Freeland was the kindest, most thorough person I've ever come across in a business. A first time car buyer, he walked me through the process and made sure that I had the best deal and a full understanding of their services and my vehicle. I'm forever thankful to him and the rest of his staff for the ease of experience and the excellenceof my vehicle. Not to sound cheesy, but they have earned our business for life.

Provided by YP.comlong story short, after an accident, i bought a car, gave them $2000 down, 9 days later they took the car without a word, when I was finally able to talk to them they said it was because I didn t have my Texas drivers license (wtf)...then they refunded part of my money citing rental fees, took pain meds and the paperwork out of the glove box

I had a car repossession 2 months ago and no one could help so I went visit this guys and they put me on a car a nice car 2009 Cobalt fully loaded no navigation but who cares all I did is put $1500.00 cash down the car had 34000 miles leather seats new tires and a 2 years 24 thousand miles WARRANTY yes a warranty they claim is national my rate was high 18% but who cares they help me so thank you and if you decide to give them a chance ask for Victor he is the manager and he goes all the way to help people and once more thank you Jorge the guy that help me with all my paper work!

Provided by YP.comI bought my car 4 months ago, and have had several issues with my car. My wheel felt like it was loose from the begining and i took it back 2 times, they kept tellling me it was fixed.
On the 3rd month my engine started making a noise, I KEPT trying to get through to the service department and you will ONLY get voicemail. The guys are jerks and act like you have to arrange a time around there sched when they feel like it. They had my car for over a week, and now they come to say I need 3 expensive parts on my car. Total cost of $900 not even covered under my so called "2 year warranty".
Why the hell do you have a warranty on a a useless piece of crap car.
They made me pay the $100 diagnostic fee and basically told me I was screwed since I should of known what I was getting myself into when I bought the car. This has to be the worst WORST company to deal with. YOU are way better off going to Drive Time or another dealership that actually backs up there warranty.
DONT get involved with this company- all the girls there all they are trained to do is hang up on you when you call. If you call the sales man after you already bought the car he's NEVER available to talk to you.
I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will continue to tell everyone and ever news, newspaper, online site i come across, and warn people about this. No one cares about you at this company they only care about there weekly paychecks and nothing else. Worst mistake of my life. I'm going to contact an attorney and see what can be done. This is the worst thing you could ever do is get involved with them. Believe me your better off riding the metro or going to Drive Time. Dont wast your time.

Provided by YP.comI have a 2002 Jeep Cherokee from them the first day my (TRANS) went out and the (BRAKES) was making (grinding NOISES)when its been on the road for two hours .So they came to pick it up to get fixed and then when I got it back they fixed one issue out of two but then it was (WREAKED)when i got it back and a (LIFTHER) was making noises and it came back from the body shop with the (WIDOW STUCK ON UP) and the (PAST TIME) was acting up,and the lifter was the same so was the brakes they said it was my oil witch I had change at jiffy lube so they did there own (OIL CHANGE) and said it would stop just give it some time so I did and with the brakes they said they couldn't hear it and the reason why is cause its got to be on the road for about two hours not 15 min. Finely they had some time for me I took it back to the shop to fix the lifter turns out it was 3 bad ones on there and the brakes to got fixed so they did good job for that,and then six months later we started to smell (BURNING MOTOR OIL coming from the valve covers I guess these guys they have don't know you got to change out the gasket when you do that kind of work,now its back getting fixed again something electrical i believe think its the past time has something to do with it but thire "MECHANIC" said it was vacuum hoes yeah right .But now i got it back with out the past time why is that when they said it had nothing to do from the jeep starting but they said it was a hoes why take somthing off thats perfrctly good ?The point is how can you have faith on people when they screw you over and over .....AND PLEACE DONT BE LIKE ME AND GET SCREWED OVER BY SAMES RED BARN MOTORS....THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME..

Provided by YP.comI AM CURRENTLY BUYING A VEHICLE THRU THEM AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.I WILL NOT GO BACK TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM THEM.NEVER!!.THE AUTO I GOT IS IN GOOD CONDITION BUT I REALLY HATE THE STUPID SYSTEM THAT TURNS OFF IF U DONT MAKE A PYMNT ON TIME AND HAVING TO ALWAYS INPUTT A CODE..THE BEEPING IT DOES IS SO ANNOYING AND EMBARRASING..IT BEEPS 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE...THEY DIDNT TELL ME THEY WORKED W/THIS SYSTEM UNTILL AFTER I SIGNED ALL THE PAPERWORK AND WAS DRIVING OFF..AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!THEY ARE SO QUICK AND HAPPY TO SELL YOU A CAR BUT WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH IT OR YOU NEED TO MAKE A PAYMENT NOONE WANTS TO HELP YOU AND THEY ARE RUDE..SATY AWAY FROM THIS CARLOT!!!!!
