When your mail arrives AT OUR facility. OUR staff scans the front of the envelopes and packages only. Images are emailed to YOU and posted on your secured online account for your viewing. After scanning. ALL physical mail and packages are locked in a secure storage onsite until YOU decide on what to DO next. Upon viewing your secure account. YOU view your mail and packages on ANY device with internet access and decide from the options on HOW YOU want items to BE HANDLED. 1. Open and scan CONTENTS 2. Mail FORWARDING 3. Local pickup (if you're in Austin TX) 4. SHRED/RECYCLE.

None of the employees can speak so communication is impossible. Had to go to a funeral and they charged extra for storing the packages. Their hours are business hours only which means no weekend or evening pickups allowed.
