Applied Materials have the worst Security. Older officers work hard, do overtime hours from young officers calling off, when confidential bins need to be empty they call the senior citizen officers to do it. They have no security at night only a supervisor what is he supervising if you have no officers on duty, Applied Materials had a layoff Sept 09, 2015. Lott came around on 3rd shift telling all 3rd shift officers they where to go back down to main office for reassignment. Performance nor seniority counted. 4 post open on 2nd shift that needed to be filled at Amat. After asking T. Grey human resource at Securitas why this didn't happen they then offered 3rd shift officers a position on 2nd shift, One Supervisor that L.Lott hired use to work for Applied, she runs around looking lost and confused, She was with Security for less than 2 months and promoted to Supervisor after E. Castillo was told by L.Lott Thomas Edwards did not want him sign-in as a Shiftlead he had to sign-in as a relief officer. Blaming the other. Officer of the month was to be giving monthly. Since Securitas contract account 2014-2015 officer of the month presented 5 times. Recent less than that. In 2015 a stripper started working under L.Lott . L.Lott would put his name on open post as site supervisor and never show. He would tell off-going supervisor to leave keys and cell phone inside desk. Keys stayed until next supervisor after L.Lott would come retrieve them. L.Lott he is also over schedule and payroll, prior to L.Lott becoming manager of security the job was being paid salary. when T.Edwards named L.Lott manager of security,the job became a hourly pay job instead of being paid salary. How convenient is that?
