I am director of an assisted living and have worked in collaboration with Senior Minded for a couple of years in the care of our seniors. The owner is deeply invested in the lives and welfare of the seniors whom they are charged with caring for. He stays in constant communication with the families and has great understanding of the everchanging needs of seniors. ALL of the sitters I have met are highly competent and are well supervised. This agency has sitters who provide care for seniors in private homes as well assisted livings, memory care, and long term care. This is the best agency I have ever worked with.

The best company ever to work for

Mark Elsea, the administrator, is one in a million. As a boss, he's the best. Let me give you an example. One time he asked me if I could work a few additional hours to my assigned shift and I said yes. He asked if I needed any coffee or food, offering to go get it for me. Then said he would pay for it. Whatever you need, he can be counted on and that especially applies to his clients. He is very compassionate and caring and always checks in frequently with clients and their assigned home health aides to assure everything is running smoothly for both.
