I want to write a REAL review based on all of the fake reviews that have been posted supporting Serenity Med Spa.



The 'person' named David is actually me, Nick. How do I know this? Because one of the girls who was fired wrote my comments I had made to her. Im 100% sure and if you dont believe me, feel free to email me and I can prove that it is. Not only that, all of the other reviews seem pretty vague and untrue.



For MY real review of Serenity Med Creek Spa:

First, the staff is very unprofessional. They are extremely slow at seeing patients when the whole building is empty. Second, the girl who was doing my tattoo removal was hitting on me and it made me extremely uncomfortable. She even texted me by using info from my file and she also messaged me asking if I would write some reviews on YELP! for her. Not only that, when her job and the managers were on the line, the reason for the change in managers recently, they wrote all these BS reviews in order to save their jobs. Dont believe that? Just ask them about their change in staff.

I would avoid this place like the plague. The pictures look clean but wait until you see the actual rooms, not to mention their prices are mediocre and uncompetitive. Also, instead of hiring qualified professionals to do the work, they have Medical Assistants with 'degrees' from for-profit institutions. Yeah, my tattoo's have faded quite a bit but I have A LOT of scarring now because of the shoddy abilities of their 'techs'

I just recently went to Serenity Creek for services. When calling and scheduling my appointment I was not sure what to expect or what all I needed. I was in the marketing for Botox and other facial enhancements. I set up a consultation to understand more about it and wanted to feel comfortable with the doctor that would be injecting things into my face. The facility is very beautiful and somewhat tucked away so people couldn't see where I was going. In the end, I got Botox and love it. They also have a large variety of other services that I was interested in. The best part about it is the services are affordable!
