Went to this salon due to a Groupon for $50 for a shellac mani/pedi. Bought 3, as we only came to Austin for a bachelorette party. We had an appointment, and were passed up by 4 other walk ins. Waited an hour to be seated. Then waited another 20 minutes in the seat, by the time they started in on us, the water was cold. I also directed them to start on the bachelorette first, they ignored me and still started on myself and the maid of honor, and then the bachelorette 15 minutes later. And even after that, she still was the first one out of her chair. The "massage" was them beating up and down our legs twice with a fist....and all of our nails are already chipping, even with their guaranteed 2 week no-chip slogan. If we had more time in Austin, we would of gone back to have them re-done, but we live in Dallas.

Oh, and the biggest turn off was the girl who dumped someone else's bowl full of used nail polish remover on to my soaking feet awaiting my mani/pedi. So disgusted, so upset. All of us were excited about getting our nails done for the first time in a long time. This was supposed to be a treat, and relaxing good time. It was just awful. And when it came to tipping...which they didn't deserve, I still gave them $20 to split between 3 attendants. They should be greatful for even that.....the lady looked at me in shock and asked me to tip more. I said no, that's for all 3, bye. And kept staring at me. Maybe if they didn't dump used product on other paying customers, or make them wait hours past their appointment time, and actually took their time to attend to each customer and didn't over book themselves and worry about how many people they can squeeze into their tiny shop and attend to at the same time....they would have better reviews. But literally every last person that entered the salon was using a Groupon, and every person that was there looked miserable and had a complaint as they were leaving.

Just because it's a good deal....doesn't mean it'll be a good experience or even worth the deal you're receiving.
