Took my truck in for an estimate as it had been involved in an accident. Tanya Niesner is the service advisor whom gave me the estimate for my vehicle. Can provide pics if anyone would like. She quoted me in a written estimate 1020.42. When she was required to send the estimate over to the insurance company the quote dropped to $500+ I proceeded to call her and she said well the written estimate they gave me was for a customer pay price. So bottom line folks if you go to Service King and get work done they are literally going to change you 50% more than what they would charge an insurance company. Shows how much they are jacking the price up on their customers. I highly suggest never using this company and absolutely never dealing with this woman Tanya Niesner whom not only enjoys screwing the customer over but when called out on it will hang up on you and refuse to give you her managers phone number. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and maybe that is due to them not actually looking out for the customer but rather wanting nothing more than to screw over the customer and I have all the prove. I will also be taking this to the local news stations so they can do an investigative repont on it.
