Provided by YP.comShannon's came recommended to me by someone at work and I used their service for a few months. The cleanings themselves weren't bad (though they did wash my expensive dry clean-only clothes once...) but when I had to reschedule a cleaning the person on the phone yelled at me and then hung up on me. It was a really shocking experience, especially since I felt like I was a pretty loyal customer (I'd even recommended Shannon's to two other friends who I later had to convince to take their business elsewhere after this happened).
In our line of business we are certainly used to having to reschedule our clients; in fact it is a major part of the job. It is a daily occurrence. We continue to service them. We would never and have never yelled at anyone who calls our office. Client or otherwise. Try as we may; unfortunately sometimes we are not able to accommodate some client's needs when they demand a specific day and/or time when they do cancel their scheduled day. They may in turn get angry.
