This dentist came highly recommended by friends at church. I needed braces and decided to get Invisalign. First, I found out that because I am a cash patient, I paid more for my Invisalign than a friend did. The dentist told me to sand the first set to knock off the rough edges. When I told a friend who was going to another dentist for Invisalign, she told me that her braces are smooth and ready to wear. So I told my dentist that the braces weren't working for me all rough. He ordered another set and they were smooth and didn't require sanding.



I have an issue with a front tooth being crooked that wasn't being addressed with the brackets, so he made another set to address it. As much as I wanted to, I could never wear them as I would get a horrible headache within 30 minutes of putting them in. When I would put them on, my teeth did not align, so my jaw muscles were constantly contracting, giving me a constant headache.



I finally just gave up and had the brackets removed. I still plan on getting Invisalign again. But this time I'm going to make sure they've been doing it a while and ask for references.



I don't know why this happened; everyone that I know that has been to them has had excellent results.
