I was very fortunate to find Slaughter Lane Chiropractic when I moved to South Austin 12 years ago. Dr. David Wagner is more than a very good chiropractor, he truly cares about helping his patients. He has surrounded himself with competent, professional, and friendly staff. I trust Dr. Wagner's experience, his expert adjustments, and his thoughtful advice. He embodies the lost art of 'old fashioned patient care.'

Everything about Doctor David Wagner's office is therapeutic from the time you walk through the door for your visit until you leave, feeling so much better than when you arrived! Doctor Wagner will work with you using adjustment techniques that are comfortable and work best with individual bodies. He also will offer suggestions for sitting/standing to help with pain in your daily life. The office carries affordable products such as sitting wedges and pillows that he will allow you to try to see for yourself how comfort can be improved, and the office also carries some therapeutic supplements. My seat wedge has helped immensely, I bought a few for my friends. There are wonderful machines which are used for physical therapy, I've enjoyed two of them. Treat yourself to the "noodle" massage from Ed to help ease your adjustment beforehand, it's worth it! Ask any questions you may have about your care, your insurance, and everyday maintenance of your body and you will given great advice and guidance. I'm so happy I found them when I did. I look forward to going to every appointment.

Dr. Wagner is a very knowledgeable, and understanding doctor, and does wonders for life's everyday stress, aches, and pains.

Dr. Wagner brings old fashion bed side manner back into style. He always takes the time to understand his patients, their needs, and he gets that everyone doesn't fit into the same mold for treatment. Dr. Wagner works with you to find the best treatment for your problem which will have you moving freely and jumping for joy.

Dr.Wagner is terrific! I really believe in Chiropractors but it can be hard to find the right one.When I moved to Austin, I checked around & got several referrals to Dr. Wagner. I am so glad I asked because I found him to be a caring and excellent Dr. He has a great staff including massage. His receptionist is so helpful & will work with you for the most convenient appointment times. Dr. Wagner's adjustment technique is conservative and he treats the total person with an holistic approach. I really appreciate his genuine care and concern.

I've been a patient of Dr. Wagner's for two years now. I originally came in because I hurt my lower back exercising. I have a history of lower back and neck problems. I had cervical spine surgery 8 years ago, but it never resolved my pain issues. Dr. Wagner first treated my lower back by doing a thorough initial exam and explaining my alignment issues. I started seeing Dr. Wagner for weekly adjustments and noticed a big improvement in my range of motion in my neck and it was just a couple of weeks before my lower back pain dissippated. I now see Dr. Wagner for monthly adjustments and reap the benefits of spinal adjustments. I wish I had seen Dr. Wagner prior to my neck surgery, I'm sure I wouldn't have needed it! I am very happy with the quality of care I receive from Dr. Wagner as well as his massage therapist and office staff. Everyone is very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

I began to see Dr. Wagner with a neck injury last year. He was able to rid my pain and fix other parts of my body. I now see him for maintenance adjustments. Besides adjustments, he has helped me with cold symptoms and vertigo! I also take whole food supplements to help me become a healthier person. Dr. Wagner has wonderful bedside manner and he thoroughly explains anything you have a question about. I highly recommend him!!

His prices are reasonable and he has a stellar staff. Ashley is an organized, helpful and a most cheery administrative assistant. Ed is a very skilled and kind massage therapist. When you go see Dr. Wagner, you leave feeling like you have just been with friends and family. Its a great experience!!

I have been a patient of Dr. David Wagner's since 1996 and believe him to be the greatest chiropractor in Austin! He is very friendly and gives great adjustments. I love that massage therapy is offered, and usually covered by insurance! It couldn't be easier to schedule an appointment, and he even accepts walk-ins.
