I previously had a great experience here with a stylist named Carlos. I recently was in desperate need of a trim and went in only to find out that Carlos was ill. Since it was just a trim, I figured anyone could do it. The lady who cut my hair, Veronica, said she's been a hairstylist over 20 year but honestly I couldn't tell when she was done. She only trimmed my longest layer and waited until after I was done & paid to tell me that she recommended I trim the layers as well. I wear glasses so I really couldn't see what she was doing while cutting my hair. I trusted that when I said trim my hair to get rid of dead ends that meant ALL my hair/layers. When I told her this, she said she would be happy to do it but I left because quite honestly, I didn't want her touching my hair anymore at all.

She was also very unprofessional and spent most of the time that she was cutting my hair talking to the other stylist working and bad mouthing their coworkers.
