i have lived at these apts for 1 yr and 5 mo-during thais time i have been in the pool 2 times-it is always closed for cleaning,or the neighboring apts are in it and the rest of us watch and report but nothing is done.the management (team) do not keep good records and we get lock out notices,and that affects our right to privacy as they leave it on your dooe so everyone can read it. they say we don't pay the rent,yet on line accounts prove otherwise.i have never been late with the rent,yet they are resorting to me having to pay late charges..they give different rules each month and are fining people for balconies not being exactly as they like-and a whole slew of other rules,which i follow to the tee! we can't have curtains on our windows or we get fined.management is new all the time,and some of the ones they got now are rude and don't speak english. i do speak spanish and some of the things they mutter under there breath is very unflattering.if you want to move here-have a good lawyer and expect the worst-that is what you will get.
