They are horrible. They took the hem out of slacks without informing me so I was unable to wear them when I needed to. The next time I went in I told them about it, they gave me a discount which should have been a nice resolve to the FIRST screw up. NO. On the next visit I specifically told them dry clean slacks, cotton shirts launderd and starched. Same order as the previous visit. they dry cleaned EVERYTHING so even WITH the discount I paid $10 MORE than I should have had not even gotten a discount and my work shirts were NOT starched. When I pointed this out she did NOTHING TO REMEDY YET ANOTHER ERROR. The woman behind the counter just stood there saying “I’m so sorry”. IF YOUR SORRY THAN FIX IT AND GIVE THE PRICE I SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN HAD YOU DONE MY ORDER RIGHT! These people are AWFUL go ANYWHERE but this place if you care about 1. Having your clothes taken care of properly and 2. Not getting over charged for something you didn’t ask for. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL If I could give negative 20 stars I would!
