this place initially looked good. i was very happy to take a look and get the process started. i signed up for the $50 dollar application fee. after we were denied for the none deposit setup, sasha lowe/rowe decided to go for a $500 deposit and automatic bank account withdraw. we then told them we would not want to go with that setup and declined. a couple weeks or so later i got a letter in the mail with a $150 charge for an admin fee and a 10 day period to pay it off or it would go on my credit. because of this i am very against recommending this to others who have medical bills...i tried to fight it and they were inferring that i had told them to hold the apt to Which i did not. BTW i also tried to speak with sasha and she would not give me the time of day.. the whole time i was speaking to lisa while sasha sat behind the see through mirror. i have never defaulted on car or a rental property and i was not about to start. so i went and paid the stupid 150 admin fee.. i was planning on waiting for another 6months but forget them!! Please!! if you do not have the best credit and cannot afford the deposit then please do not come here. they will try and rip you off.
