Not the best Chinese food in the world, but the service here was really fast and the owner was very nice. She came over and asked how we were doing and recognized that we were first-time customers. Seems like they have a troop of loyal diners.



I wouldn't go out of your way for this food, but if you are on South Lamar and need a quick meal, it isn't too bad.

This is a good place to go on South Lamar if the two restaraunts next to it (Muadies Mexican Cafe and Casa Garcia) are too busy or you are tired of Tex-Mex. When you first walk in you think your are going to eat a very elegant dinner with great service, I thought I was under dressed until I noticed the kids running around the fish tank. Unfortunatly the only thing elegant about Suzi's is the classical music they play. The food is good, but not for the price. The wait staff is friendly to a fault as they ofter yell across the room to check on their tables or to ask if they need more water etc. They gave us extra white rice (I am not sure if they serve fried rice, at least we were not given the option when ordering) when we requested the leftovers to go. That's a BIG plus in my book!
