Emily is such a sweetheart!! She is so thoughtful and provided such a wonderful support system through several home transactions I did with her. She has really made everything so smooth and just her positive approach is so refreshing. Everything happened; Just like she said it would. It was great to work her each time.



She made such a confusing process so much easier. I was never afraid to ask silly questions and always felt comfortable! I will definitely pass her name along whenever asked. A little bit goes a long way, and she has been willing to give more than a little bit of help. Customer service is so lacking these days, to work with someone like her is so refreshing.



The whole mortgage process can be very stressful and I must say I felt very relaxed and at ease knowing Emily was handling everything in such a professional and timely manner. Our agent had told me how good she was at her job, and he was right.
