Dr. Treybig is the most close-minded, arrogant person I have ever met. Capital Pediatrics is a 'no refusal' practice now, which I think is ironic and completely wrong.
I don't discriminate against people for their beliefs/religion/race/or whatever and I believe people should not discriminate against me.
The most disturbing thing is, that they have known for NINE years that my kids are not vaccinated AND they didn't tell me when I made the appointment with their pediatrician (from birth!), that she would refuse to treat them.
So, I'm sorry Capital Pediatrics doesn't make any money from insurance and vaccinations from clients that don't vaccinate. But that doesn't give the long-standing pediatrician the right to deny medical treatment, especially to a CHILD. I'm NOT sorry my kids are never sick.
Parents who vaccinate should stop going to doctor's that work in 'no refusal' clinics, too. If the discriminating practices lose their cash flow maybe it will get them to obey their Hippocratic Oath once again.

Since my grandbaby was born she has been seen by Dr. Allan Frank with this group and she has been diagnosed correct each time. Well this last time, since Dr. Frank was out and so was Dr. Thomas Hughes, we were told Dr. Jayashree Mani was the only one that could see my granddaughter. Well with the grandbaby being sick with high fever we agreed for her to be seen by Dr. Mani. Dr. Mani TOTALLY misdiagnosed my grandbaby prescribing her a medication she did not need to be taking. When taking this medication my grandbaby started crying every day that her stomach and throat hurt. We took her back three days later to re-check her with Dr. Frank, he ran a strep test, came back negative and he asked why she was taking that medicine prescribed. Mani prescribed it and we also told him we felt Dr. Mani didn't even know what was wrong. Dr. Mani even stated she may have a virus but went ahead and prescribed her medicine. You can't treat a virus, everyone knows that. Never again with Dr. Mani

My 21 month old son is a patient of Dr Hughes, who I like. He's a bit matter of fact, but that's ok. HOWEVER, I have at times felt as if they (him and any other doctor I've seen) rush us out of appointments.

I liked Dr Shah who worked out of the North Austin office, but she is no longer with the group. My son saw Dr Mani yesterday since it was a 5:30 appt and I did not like her AT ALL. She was in the room not even 1 minute and basically said my son was behind on his milestones. She tried to shape it in the form of a question, but she was making a statement.

REALLY Lady?! I asked her how did she come to that conclusion. He started crying as soon as she and the medical student came in. Uhmmm maybe because he knows when he comes to THIS place, people stick him with needles and shine bright lights. his eyes. Seems pretty normal to me. I asked her is it not normal fir a 21 month old to cry here...

Yea, I won't be seeing anyone other than Hughes or Treybig at this place.
