This place is an absolute disgrace and am completely appalled. How is a girl in there giving out drivers license and she can't process how a persons name changes. She couldn't connect the dots of how my name change at all. She actually had to go to the back and ask a manager because she couldn't put the pieces together in her head. Just so everyone who reads this knows I HAD EVERY piece of documentation listed on the DPS website that I HAD TO HAVE according to them and was told by the supervisor woman I couldn't get my drivers license because she had to make sure that my maiden name and my current old name were okay because I had been divorced before and hadn't changed my name back to my maiden name. Are you people that dense you can't see all the paperwork I had to verify my identity. I believe whole heartedly that people who give out DL should have common sense. Apparently having your marriage license given to you by THE STATE OF TEXAS who verified who I was isn't good enough.
