Thank you!! I received the “Keep Austin Weird” tee shirts in yesterday afternoon’s mail.



I was in Austin last month for my father’s bypass surgery (he’s doing great!). I stayed at the Radisson and, while I was there, visited the gift shop. Being a Grandma, I couldn’t return home to Arizona without something for the grandkids. The gentleman who was in the store was very helpful and polite. I bought several items along with the “Keep Austin Weird” shirts.



When I got home, I found out that I needed two shirts in a larger size—the boys grew!. I called the hotel and was transferred to the gift shop. I explained to the gentleman that I needed to have two more shirts in a small adult size shipped to my home. Although he didn’t have any of the shirts in the size I needed at the time, he assured me that he would get them ordered from his supplier and get them to me. He kept me updated on the status of my order—the date the shirts were ordered, when they would arrive at the store, and when to expect them at my home. You can’t get better customer service than that anywhere! Please forward my thanks and appreciation to this very kind gentleman. I’m sorry, but in all our conversations, I didn’t get his name.
