I went in because I had minor pain with one pair of dress shoes. After going through their whole sales tactics (I realized too late that these are skill sales people-not feet experts), they tried to sell me a $1200 package. That was too much, so they offered monthly installments, but I wasn't ready to spend that much.
They eventually just offered a $99(ish) rubberized arch support, telling me that it would fit in all my shoes (in addition to the pair I brought in, I have 3 pairs of dress boots that I also rotate through). After paying, I found out that I was actually giving them $280, because the required sock liners weren't included. I went home to try them out, but they didn't fit any of my other shoes. I went back to the store and the assistant said that the manager had just left, and only he could authorize a return. He assured me that I would certainly be able to return my insoles when the manager got back on Tuesday.
When I went back on Tuesday, the manager wasn't there. I was busy, so I couldn't return until Saturday.
When I got back Saturday, the manager was there, and told me that they don't do returns. (I was never told this when I was making the original purchase). The same assistant who told me otherwise denied ever saying so, and lied to both our faces. They did exchange for a slimmer insert, but it was extremely uncomfortable when I tried to walk on it.
I went back today, and exchanged it for another support, but this one is even worse. It felt fine outside the shoe, but doesn't fit my foot when you slide it all the way back into the shoe (which is the only place it stays put). Full length insoles you can at least trim to stay in place, but this thing put its arch support under my heel if I'm even a millimeter off in velcroing it in.
Long story short, I was lied to and told I could return these overpriced insoles if they didn't work. Now I can't and I'm out almost $300.

Provided by YP.comThe supports are kind of expensive but it worth the price, I feel relieved at the moment I wore them. The consultant (Rich) was very nice explaining and answering all my concerns. I definitely recommend your products.
