If you are wanting to move here make sure you don't schedule movers or get days off work until the contract is signed , because they DONT have the apartments ready when you think it will be ready . Management accommodates previous tenants by letting them extend their move out notice 2 days until you're suppose to move in ... And then you're told YOUR apartment won't be ready because the previous tenant stayed longer (with management approval ) even though you've paid your deposit a month before and you remind them every time that the apartment needs to be ready at a certain date ...

You are reading this review that means you are considering other's opinion. Please do not sign lease at “The Villas of Quail Creek” until and unless you don’t have any other better choices for you and your family. I had very bad experience since management changed at the end of 2011. It was a good time to live there before new management came. They don’t have maintenance skilled labors & always delays despite emergencies as well as very rude behavior every time. They always need money and money!!! that’s it. They behave like a racist with Asian families specially Indian and Pakistanis. I moved from there in 2013 and they also charged me $175 extra (without a good reason) besides my security deposit amount (all waste).

Simply I just want to share my experience with you to save you to get into any problem.
