Yes we do charge a fee for the service of coming to your home, inspecting your trees and writing specifications for their care. As a home and business owner I have never had any trade come to my house or office for free, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, the a/c guys ect.... I'm not sure why that would be expected from me. If you want some thing for free then you'll get exactly what you paid for, nothing. We do our best at TMBM to be fair with folks and treat everyone the same. Comments like this are very disheartening for a small business when they come from some one who simply declined a visit with us.
