Provided by YP.comThe owner Mark who claims to be the manager is a low life person who runs his tire shop accordingly.
He started insulted me out of the blue calling me ignorant and a fool. He also made various remarks about how miserable my life is. He even dare to say that I must not have friends and live a lonely life. Can you believe this type of treatment from the owner of an establishment to a customer? All due to the fact that I was unhappy about the poor alignment job they performed twice and never got it right.
I never disrespected this person not even after he started spitting all the insults referred above at me. He went on and on about how great he is and how miserable I am. Yes, he reacted this way cause he can't take a complain in a mature way. I find it hard to believe how this business stays afloat.
He said to me that he will never give me my money back. He even wished me good luck about that.
They have a big sign that says alignment for $59 usd but they charged me $69 usd.
Thieves liars

Provided by YP.comGreat Price and Service. I had a blow out on my way to sears to buy new tires. I happened to be on the highway just across from Tireworks when the tire went out. I ended up buying four new Michelin tires for my Tahoe, and found out later that sears was about fifty dollars more for the set. They were very friendly and the price was great.

Provided by YP.comBest Tire Store in Austin. I went into Tireworks after calling several places. They quoted me a price 10% less than everybody else. When I went Into the store they told me I only need two tires, when one of their competitors told me I need all four. They finished my car in less than twenty mins. and had me out the door for way less than I was expecting. Bottom line they our honest and fast. They are way above the competition.

Provided by YP.comThis is a company that make promises and don't keep they word. It started as me buying two used tires that blew out less then 48 hours. I had to get towed and by new tires. When I comforted them about it. The manager offer me a free front end alignment when i bought brand new tire. He did not say if I bought them from they company or not. So when i go get a better deal on new tires and contacted them it was a different story. I would not refer any one to this company. Because come to find out they new they was putting bad tires on my truck in the begining.
