I really appreciated the fact the service advisor, Sean, was very patient with me, and took the time to make sure my concerns were addressed before I left the dealership.

I am totally satisfied w/ this dealership. I'm perfectly happy with the performance of the service advisor. So much so that my son purchased a 2010 Nissan Pathfinder right after I bought my Frontier.

As far as I am concerned, there is no better service department in Texas than Town North Nissan. Greg Workman has always been extremely courteous and helpful. He answers our questions completely and we always seek him out as our service advisor.

Before purchasing this Armada, our family had owned Infinitis. Based on the experience we have had wit the service dept. at Town North Nissan, our next purchase will be a Nissan over the higher priced Infiniti. It is comforting to know that no matter what is wrong with our vehicle, the service professionals at Town North Nissan will make it right! We appreciate their attitude and honesty!
