I didn't care much for the staff at this location in the past, but then a friend told me to get my hair cut by Erica back in Jan and I love her! I now drive out of my way to get my hair done by her. She is so sweet and does a GREAT job! The last few times I've been there everyone has gone out of their way to help me. Last time I got my hair cut the manager made me feel so welcome. She bought me a coke, gave me some samples of new products, and even rang me out at the register with a smile. Everyone there seems to love their job, happy to be there, and get along so well. I feel like I'm hanging out with friends!!!! It's so hard to find this kind of customer service!
