I have been with UHCU for 4 months now, and they have proven themselves on a matter regarding payment schedule on a personal loan which I had open. Have worked with banks for years and unless you normally carry 10K or more in an account, you will deal with issues related to temporary overdrafts and shifting money between accounts. As I said, I had a problem with the date a loan payment was due, and Deena Massa was very courteous and worked with me to get this matter resolved. Thanks Deena! Your assistance was appreciated and I look forward to doing more business with UHCU for both banking and loans/lines of credit.
