On December 27, 2011, I bought a Money Order at the Northcross Station in Austin Texas. It was transaction #40 sold to my by Clerk #54. The money order was for $275.00, but due to a unspected change I had to return and void the MO about 30 minutes later. The Clerk was happy to do the transaction. She returned the funds to me and I left to go home, but when I recounted the funds several times it was $10.00 short. She have only returned $265.00. Since I did not count the funds at the post office I could not verify that amount. I went back to the Post Office and stated the story. I gave them my name and address and ask her, if her station came up $10.00 over if she could return the funds to me. She stated she would be checking her funds when she goes off duty.



The very next day I received my $10.00 back in the mail.



I appreciated the honest very much. Thanks, from a long time customer of the US Postal Service.
