Their billing department is the laziest I have ever seen. AND when you call and tell them the correct information because it seemed they just made stuff up on your account, they'll ignore you and say you have to deal with it. So, when you try to deal with it and get the insurance company on a 3 way call, they'll continue to ignore you. Something that should have taken 5 minutes and was super simple (refile the claim) took over an hour. They make a mountain out of a molehill. They should be embarrassed with how they do business.



Stay away from them... they are crooks!
