I enjoyed my first year of residence here, but they changed their entire staff in the office and the new manager lacks the skills, tact and resolution traits. The turn around in staff is too frequent. Vandalism exists, constantly have sheriffs on property addressing legal issues with tenants, policies are not followed by the tenants and the office does nothing to enforce. The property has deteriorated tremendously. Unless you are home early, you won't find parking. The gate spends more time open and/or broke down. We have a vacuum and car wash area, but none tenants come in to use it by word of mouth and no one does anything about it. The only plus about this property is the maintenance staff, they are very professional and attentive. Living on this property has turned into a nightmare, you don't know if you come home late if your going to get mugged. I would think twice before considering moving in here...they are overpriced for what you are getting.
