i have had very great experiences with this store.. and sorry to the lady before me, but there is a 30 day return policy (but that is typical everywhere!) The Zales associate I worked with was great and very helpful too! she helped us fnd our wedding sets, and all our bridesmaid gifts too!! The people are genuine and so so so nice!!

I purchased a ring from this store in Dec 2008, it is now 03/24/09 and I have had two diamonds fall out of my fing. I contacted the manager at the store and was adv that I can not for any reason return my ring and get my money back! Why would I want to exchange a $1200 dollar ring for something else that would be the same quality! I bought it on sale for 700 and just want my money back! BUT NO THEY DO NOT FOR ANY REASON TAKE RETURNS!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY OTHER ITEMS FROM THIS STORE OR ANY ZALES FOR THAT MATTER! I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW NOT TO BUY FROM ZALES!! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I SPENT AT LEAST 2000 OR MORE IN THIS STORE FOR CHRISTMAS! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
