Dentist is a great guy. So down to earth.

Very Professional Doctor and staff. I felt very comfortable and very satisfied with my visits.

5 Stars from the time I entered the facility to leaving it. The staff was very friendly The doctor was very informative.

I use to love refresh dental is austintown, but since the last dentist retired i am extremely dissappointed. I was not notified about a new dentist before I arrived for my recent visit. I felt highly disrespected by the new dentist, he has terrible bedside manner and speaks very unprofessional to patients. The dental assistant did try her best to make up for it. I'm currently looking for a new dentist, I will never go back to refresh dental again. This was one of my worst experiences at a doctors office.

Place is very unorganized. And you can plan on waiting At least an hour after your appointment time to even begin to be seen! Over booked!
