Horrible customer service

After installing my air conditoner, it was a problem getting maintenance. I made an appointment over a week ago for the day after tomorrow. Today was called and told they were cancelling my appointment due to installations that people requested AFTER I made my appointment. (Installations are more money than maintenance) I explained that my temperature was 80, my air conditioner was failing and I had three small children. I explained that a cancellation was not acceptable and I was told to take my business elsewhere....they did not want to do business with me. Horrible customer service...BEWARE!!! They'll take your money to install...but when it somes to maintenance....they could care less

IN RESPONSE TO THE REVIEW POSTED ABOVE: WE HAVE EXHAUSTED ALL EFFORTS TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER. WE CANNOT FIND ANY EVIDENCE THAT THIS EVER OCCURED TO ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS. WE SEARCHED ALL DATA BASES AND INVOICING DONE THROUGH THE ENTIRE MONTH OF JUNE 2008 AND CAME UP WITH NO MATCHES. AFTER OVER 63 YEARS IN THE HEATING AND A/C INDUSTRY WE HAVE NO NEGATIVE COMPLAINTS POSTED IN ANY CONSUMER AGENCY.WE BELIEVE THIS TO BE A FALSE ACUSATION AND WE ENCOURAGE THIS PERSON TO CONTACT US AND DISUSS THIS MATTER.
