Sub contacted for the company and have yet to get paid since aug 13th 2015, have been ignored and given attitudes due to us asking for the money owed. They DO NOT have their own contractors all they do is sub it out to a local gc. We have been getting the run around for months now and im just disgusted that a "reputable" company would do this, and they tend to over price the jobs they sell due to the area they advertise in. They received a down payment for the job of $9700.00 upon signing of contact with customer, which is well over what they are supposed to pay us for installing their french drainage system.

I'm sure the company is great, but please, please, PLEASE make a new commercial. I see it at least five times a day on News12NJ and TWC. Hitting your audience over the head only turns us off. Thank you.

Every time it rains I get water in my basement walls. I needed to find a solution to alleviate this problem. Water Tight installed a waterproofing system in my basement that allows the water in the walls to be release into perforated pipe that gets pumped out of the house. This involved jack hammering 1 foot of the concrete foundation all the way around the perimeter of my basement, installing the perforated pipe and stone, adding a vapor barrier between the wall and the floor, sealing the floor with new concrete, installing a pump with a battery backup, and fogging the entire basement to kill any mold and seal up the cracks in the walls. Water Tight was very professional and even came back to my house after the job was done to address questions that I had. I highly recommend Water Tight for all your basement waterproofing needs.

An accident occurred and my basement was flooded. When the water was gone the smell was so bad I couldn't take it no more. I usually shop around for the best deal and look to save a few bucks but once I met with the inspector and he explained the situation we had ahead of us and assured me water tight could fix the problem. This company saved my basement. Now, anytime when it rains I have nothing to worry about. And to find out later on they are not a company looking to make a fast buck but, a regular hard working company that guarantees good work. Great price, great job.
