Worst customer service ever I bought 2 new phone 4 months ago both of them battery doesn't hold charge for more then 7 hours. i got Appointment I came to replace the phones spoke to JESSIE the store manager and he try to give me a refurbished phones I will never spend a penny with apple again.ill sale the phones and find my self android solution.

Apple Store in Aventura is not a place to be treat as a client, we are a number and even if I paid apple care in case happen, they don't honor it, I bought the mac air in january and it's always broken after 4 months of use and they made me to make appointments, wait for hours in a place full of tourist yelling, the odor it's unbearable, so they don't give a new computer just fix and fix which make me to waste my time.

The service wasn't that great but i understand that aventura mall is war zone on the weekends. I love Apple products.
