These people deserve a negative star, they are so quick to collect a service fee, and once it's in their hands, they can care less about your case. Every time I call the office to get a status update on my traffic case the young lady who sounds like an 18 year old, is so rude, and nonchalant, puts you on hold, I have to hang up and call back at least 5x for her to help me. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL BE TRULY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

STOP! Don't waist your money! I have a clean driving record and paid them to aid me with a simple traffic violation. They don't defend you. They just show up in court and accept whatever the judge decides that day. Result? $242 in court cost + the $70 I paid them to "help" me! My original ticket was $150, so ... I feel ripped off!

As I am sure that this lady full wells knows that no attorney can guarantee that all citations will be dismissed. All attorneys guarantee that the client will get no points, conviction or traffic school in most cases. This client received the guarantee and did not get points, school or a conviction. Our goal is to make sure that the clients driving record remains clean in the event the citations do not get dismissed. When you retain an attorney for a traffic related issues you do so for their knowledge and experience and also to save the aggravation of attending court. At all times her case was attended to and she was represented to the fullest extent. It makes absolutely no sense that a client demand that their tickets get dismissed.
