I was recommended by 2 of my neighbors of Natuzzi Galleria , and I am really happy with my experience with them they were very professional ,and the salesman even came out to my place to help me measure and gave me great Ideas! I'm sorry this guy here had a bad deal with them, but I'm sure there's 2 sides to every story! I am even thinking of buying something for my Boston home from them , also both of my neighbors are very happy with there furniture , and I would recommend them to anyone ..

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I SPENT $8500 and waited 5 MONTHS for delivery. FURNITURE WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED AND THEY ASSURED ME A FULL REFUND. I DID NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY AND THEY HAD THE FURNITURE BACK THE SAME DAY. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I HEARD FROM THEM. THEY NOW HAD THEIR FURNITURE AND MY MONEY. AFTER SPENDING OVER A WEEK TRYING TO CONTACT THEM, WITH NO RESPONSE AT ALL, I PUT IN A CREDIT CARD DISPUTE. THEY EVEN IGNORED THAT AND AFTER THE 60 DAY TIME FRAME, I FINALLY GOT MY MONEY BACK. THESE CROOKS OWN THE STORE IN FT LAUD, AVENTURA, AND THE NEW BOCA STORE. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY, ITS THE LAST TIME YOULL HEAR FROM THEM. I HAVE SINCE LEARNED THAT MANY MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN TREATED THIS WAY, AND MOST OF THEIR PRODUCTS COME IN DAMAGED AND THEY DONT CARE. JUST HORRIBLE
